Roger Lord
I started my working life in manufacturing over 35 years ago, which has allowed me to visit many countries around the world. Over the years my roles have been mainly Quality, Health & Safety, and Environmental Management but I have also headed up CI and Production departments.
I am both excited and honoured to be part of the Ligtas story going forward, and eager to contribute to an already dynamic team.
My initial objective will be to identify the current internal QHSE management system, standardise and simplify it where possible. To do this, I will need to work with all of you, listen to your feedback/ideas, and support you wherever possible. I am a big believer in teamwork and working as one.
On a personal level, I have been married to my wife Joanne for 34 years and my interests are motorcycles, caravanning at the weekends, and my two bulldogs Harry and Pepper.
